Not worrying so much about having everyone look at the camera, but more so about capturing how families interact.  whats real,  Thats how I shoot.  I dont overly pose, but i do direct.  Expect to have the majority of your photos be of natural interactions.  I will grab all the random in-between moments not everyone sees.
